Volunteers Volunteers are the heart and soul of our program.  It takes a full team of staff and volunteers to make it possible for these children to ride.  Some require full assistance to stay mounted.  Currently we are recruiting volunteers to help with our fall session beginning in September.  If you have a desire to work with the children and the horses, you can volunteer as a sidewalker or horsehandler.  As a lesson volunteer at Morning Dove you will commit to a single session of 8-10 weeks for one lesson per week or as much as your schedule will allow.  You will go through an orientation and training session before volunteering so that you are comfortable and prepared.  If volunteering in a lesson is not a fit for you we look to our volunteers to help with fundraising circles, helping with administrative duties and other barn tasks.
